Personal Training

Personal training is GET FIT’s Premium Service – Personal Training is a goal-oriented, individualized approach to physical fitness. A certified personal trainer works one-on-one with you to improve motor function, strength, and endurance using a variety of equipment and techniques. Our training program includes nutritional counseling and support, accountability, and homework. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, train for an event, or improve your overall health, personal training is all about you.


Group Personal Training

The “Ultimate Workout” is one of our most popular services. You work directly with a certified trainer on a program customized for a ladies-only group of up to six women. Invest 60 minutes a few times a week, and you will make great strides in your endurance, strength, agility, balance, and coordination.  It is personal training at less than half the cost.  We also offer some creative options for Group Personal Training such as couples, kids, families, and co-workers.


Personal Fitness Assessment

Designed to evaluate the cardio respiratory condition of a person relative to his or her age and sex and to measure maximum muscular contraction and range of motion in primary muscle groups, a personal fitness assessment is a great way to get started in any area of training.  The assessment includes weight; measurements; body fat analysis; flexibility, strength, and cardio tests. Assessments are used to establish a baseline and set specific goals.
